Rules
Paris, the city of light and love, welcomes you! Join us in our adventure in recreating Paris and its wonders. We are a goal-orientated Minecraft community with hopes of one day becoming a beacon of success on a server. With your help, we can achieve many things. Whatever contributions you make to the town, from building your humble home to joining the staff, we value absolutely anything, every little bit counts! We're all in this together. Our main goal for the server is to grow a developed and close community that can win towny!

In-game Rules
1.1.1: Do not harass, abuse, bully, or use any foul language against another fellow town member1.1.2: Do not discriminate against others based on religion, race, gender, and sexual orientation1.1.3: Do not use racial slurs or any language that may damage someone’s reputation1.1.4: Do not spam town chat1.1.5: Do not kill any other town member without their consent1.1.6: Do not advertise other towns in town chat1.1.7: Do not spread false information about the town to anyone1.1.8: Do not steal any items from other town members1.1.9: Do not take from the town storage area without first getting permission1.1.10: Do not destroy or build on any property other than your own unless allowed to1.1.11: Do not build or destroy anything on town borders unless you are told to do so1.1.12: Do not support any bannable offense to other town members1.1.13: On top of all the in-game town rules, all server rules must also be followedFailure to follow any of the rules above may result in the following consequences.
1.1.14: First time = Warning or Impeachment1.1.15: Second time = Kicked from the town for 5 days1.1.16: Third time = Banned from the town
Paris Discord Server Rules

Small Property Building Rules
1.3.1: Each member has the rights to only one small plot1.3.2: Height limit is 15 blocks1.3.3: Do not build anything on roads1.3.4: Do not build on top of any area within 1 block from any road1.3.5: Do not use permanent beacons1.3.6: Do not build a mob grinder or any mob farm1.3.7: Do not build any redstone intensive machines1.3.8: Do not invade any space other than your own1.3.9: Do not build any inappropriate structuresFailure to follow any of the rules above may result in the following consequences.
1.3.10: First time = Warning or Impeachment1.3.11: Second time = Removal of build which breaks the rule1.3.12: Third time = Evicted from the plot
Large Property Building Rules
1.4.1: Each member has the rights to only one large plot if granted one1.4.2: Height limit 45+ blocks1.4.3: All other rules for small property builds applyFailure to follow any of the rules above may result in the following consequences.
1.4.4: First time = Warning or Impeachment1.4.5: Second time = Removal of build which breaks the rule1.4.6: Third time = Evicted from the plot
Plot Eviction Rules
1.5.1: All new members on the day they join will be subject to a 7 day probation period during which members will be exempt from any building rules described in section 1.3 and 1.4You may get evicted from your plot for several reasons including but not limited to...
1.5.2: You are inactive for 7 days in a row after your 7 day probation period AND your house sucks. To elaborate, if your house is complete and looks good even after becoming inactive, you will not be evicted1.5.3: You have broken the building rules 3 times1.5.4: You fail to pay for the daily plot tax if there is any (this is however rarely the case)
